Subscription Policy

Subscriptions & Renewals
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, or as otherwise stated at checkout) until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Refunds on Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. If you contact us before your order ships, we may issue a courtesy refund at our discretion. 

  • Shipped Renewals: Once a renewal order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

  • Reminders: It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancellation prior to renewal. Subscription purchases include a minimum first billing cycle commitment (e.g. 30, 90, or 150 days), unless the customer proactively cancels before their next renewal date through their account portal or by contacting our support team.If a renewal charge has already been processed, that order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. However, upon request, we will cancel the subscription immediately so no future renewals are billed.
