Treunil 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Treunil and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, contact our support team within 60 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
Concerns with results, fit, or performance? Reach out within 60 days of delivery. We'll work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund. Opened or used items do not need to be returned for this type of resolution.
Want a full product refund? Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs) if you contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Please note: the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to concerns with results, fit, or performance — NOT change of mind requests. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging. If the damage is confirmed, we'll first arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 72 hours of confirmed delivery are not eligible.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Treunil products contain a list of ingredients which is fully disclosed on our website and product packaging. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the full ingredient list and consult with a pediatrician or healthcare provider before giving any supplement to a child, especially if your child has known allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing health conditions.
Because allergic reactions are based on individual sensitivities rather than a defect in the product, purchases are not eligible for a refund on the basis of an allergic or sensitivity reaction. This applies even if the reaction was unexpected, as it is not possible for us to predict or control each individual biological response.
If your child experiences an allergic reaction or adverse response after taking Treunil, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention or contact a healthcare provider right away. We also encourage you to reach out to our support team to report the reaction so we can document it appropriately and continue to improve our products.
Packaging/design changes: We periodically update our product packaging/design. A packaging and/or name difference does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback, as we have rebranded to a new name. All ingredients remain the same despite a packaging/name change.
Treunil products may be promoted by independent influencers, affiliates, or community members across social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. These individuals are not authorized representatives of Treunil, and any statements, claims, or guarantees made by them do not reflect official Treunil policy. Such statements cannot be used as grounds for a refund, replacement, or any guarantee beyond what is explicitly stated in this Return & Refund Policy.
Production & Manufacturing: Our products are manufactured across multiple facilities globally to meet quality and demand standards. The country or location of manufacture does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback, as all products are held to the same quality standards regardless of origin.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that, orders are automatically processed through our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled, modified, or delayed. Please double-check your information at checkout before clicking 'Pay now'. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, while in transit.
Please note: Delivery delays caused by factors outside our control — including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather — do not qualify for a refund.
Orders in Transit: You acknowledge that orders in transit are considered in progress and are not eligible for a "product not received" dispute, order cancellation and refund. Filing a dispute while your order is actively in transit and tracking information is available will be contested with full carrier tracking evidence provided to the payment processor.
Order Not Received (Lost in Transit):
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the date of shipment, and the tracking information shows no delivery confirmation, we will offer either a reshipment or a refund based on your preference and product availability.
Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, or as stated at checkout) until you cancel.
- Cancellation: Cancel before your renewal date through your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellations after a renewal charge has been processed will take effect going forward — the already-processed order will still ship and is not eligible for a refund.
- Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. It is the customer's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions prior to the renewal date.
- Shipped renewals: If a renewal order has already shipped, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Special Return Circumstances
If returning a product is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as relocation , please contact our support team. We may request photo and/or video documentation to verify the situation. Upon review and approval, a refund of up to 50% of the purchase total may be issued at our discretion.
Disputes & Chargebacks
All disputes must first be directed to our support team at support@treunil.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or for orders confirmed as delivered, will be contested with proof of delivery provided to the payment processor.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or fees at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties. Refusal to pay may result in delays, returned shipments, or forfeited goods at the customer's expense. Treunil is not responsible for these outcomes.
